I provide individual & group counseling for clients experiencing effects of past histories of childhood & adulthood trauma, anxiety, PTSD, self-esteem & interpersonal issues and stress-related issues. I have experience working with addictions & perinatal anxiety/depression. I provide family & couples counseling if necessary. I offer a strengths-based, trauma-informed, compassionate approach to assist you in working toward your goals.
My mission is to help you explore the power YOU have to make positive change and find a sense of peace and balance! Through a combination of individualized evidenced-based techniques and holistic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness and more, we can work through any life challenge you have faced, together.

Of course, speaking to a therapist may feel difficult at times; I help my clients to work at their own pace through the tough stuff.
