Therapy is a wonderful tool anyone can use to assist them in working through emotions, a feeling of numbness, life transitions, stress, self-esteem difficulties and traumatic experiences (past or present). Going to therapy, is a personal choice, a way to show appreciation to your mind/body/spirit, and an emotional investment. I offer a tailored-to-you treatment plan that we will work on together to work toward achieving your goals in therapy. Utilizing EMDR, CBT, Mindfulness, and other techniques/skills in psychotherapy, in addition to incorporating your spirituality if you choose so, I will work with you to help you heal. Through working together, we can help you to build confidence, learn to cope and heal well from past experiences, build healthy relationships/improve relationship skills, identify and manage strong emotions, and much more.
